Hello! I’m Katie Lindquist.

Come along on a journey with me as I navigate the health and wellness industry as a woman in her 40’s. My goal is to lose another 60 pounds (totaling 80 pounds weight loss) while also getting into a fitness routine that I can follow for the rest of my life. I am also a mom to 6 beautiful children. My husband and I have been married for 23 years. I have been very fit and lean and I’ve been considered “obese”. The last time I felt really truly good about my body and my lifestyle choices was a decade ago. I’m on a mission to fall in love with fitness and nutrition again and to make them both a priority in my life.
